Hanna from Rawi Care & Care Team looked after my mother in her own home from May 2021 until my mother passed on 26^th December 2021. I found Hana and her team so professional in their duty of care of my mother. Patient & so kind – I will be eternally grateful to them all for how well they cared for my mother.

Hana kept me fully informed on a daily & weekly basis as to how my mother was coping with her situation. Hana & her team went far & beyond the call of duty for my mother –  who had many health problems, which required regular contact with GP & district nurse. Nothing was too much for Hana & her care team. They kindly & willingly attended to all my mothers needs both medically & personally to include shopping for her domestic supplies.

Being as I was living outside the UK this meant so much to me & my mother. Because of the great care that Hana & her care team were able to administer to my mother – my mother was able to continue living in her home where she felt very comfortable until the end of her life.

I take this opportunity to wish Hana & her care team every good wish with their business in the future. I will appreciate forever the care & kindness that Hana & her team not only gave my mother but also to me.
